Cancelled events: All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will be refunded including service charges.
Rescheduled events: Ticket holders will receive an email advising them that refunds will be available for a 30-day window. If you do not elect a refund within the 30-day window, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Postponed events: Refunds will be available once the new date is determined. If the show is not rescheduled within 60 days from the announcement of the postponement, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.
Requests for refunds can be made by accessing your Ticketmaster account.
