All concertgoers for affected shows must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (at least 2 weeks after the final dose) and provide proof of vaccination - either the original vaccination card, a printed copy of the vaccination card or a digital vaccination record with matching ID, or a negative Covid-19 diagnostic test (within 72 hours of show time) with matching ID.
"Fully vaccinated" is defined by the CDC as being at least 14 days after the receipt of the second dose of a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer-BioNtech and Moderna) or one dose of a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson).
Unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to take a Covid-19 diagnostic test within 72 hours before the event and will provide proof of negative result.
Unvaccinated fans over 12 years of age with a valid medical restriction and medical note will be required to take a Covid-19 diagnostic test within 72 hours before the event and will provide proof of negative result.
All attendees are encouraged to wear masks for the duration of the event.
If you are unable or unwilling to provide either of these documents, refunds are available for 7 days from the date of the Ticketmaster notice via email. To receive a refund through Ticketmaster, sign into your account on Ticketmaster.com, access your events and request a refund.
